The Benefits Of Water

Drink water - often.

It is believed that 60-65% of our body is composed of water. That means we should be drinking a lot more than we eat!

There are innumerable benefits to drinking water, inlcuding:

  • helping you to manage your weight,
  • reducing cravings,
  • preventing kidney stones,
  • impoving your memory,
  • enhancing your mood,
  • giving your exercise routine a boost
  • getting rid of toxins,
  • making your skin clearer.

Try to drink 2 or 3 glasses of water first thing in the morning and 1 glass last thing at night. Throughout the day, get in as many glasses as you can.

Flavour Your Water

I enjoy putting some slices of fresh fruit in my water to infuse. This helps to make the taste more inviting while giving an additional boost of nutrients.

Fruits such as strawberries, lemons, cucumber and apples make great additions to your water.

When you are feeling a little tired drinking some fruit infused water will refresh you almost immediately.

Very good advice, with simple routines to implement, when implemented will contribute to a noticeable better performance.

Instead of fighting your body´s natural routines, adjust and get in sync with your own body´s rythm. The benfits from small changes in routine, like the ones you describe, is quite big. I know from own experience.
