Working Online Can Be Stressful

Managing your health is critical as a Digital Entrepreneur.

When you are now starting out and building your business, you are probably sitting down for 8 to 10 hours every day, 7 days a week.

If sittting for so long is not bad enough, you are also glued to your laptop, computer or tablet writing, blogging and doing research for your niche or article. That can be very stressful for your eyes.

At the end of the work shift, you are physically, mentally and emotionally drained and in need of repair and rejuvenation.

The situation can be compounded if you are working passionately in a niche that you love. We become addicted to things that we love. This could lead to attempting to consume too much for too long.

It's like the early, courting days in a new relationship. You try to get as much time with the other person as you can, as often as possible. 🙂

As good as that may be, finding some balance is important. There is only so much steam that you have to go on if you do not keep topping it up.

You really do not want to burn out.

Develop Healthy Daily Habits

Once you develop healthy daily habits early on, you will be able to go the distance for longer and achieve more in the process. You want this to be as easy as drinking a glass of water and just as good for you.

Remember also that, at least in the early days, you are a one-man show. If you are unwell, your business will suffer and it may take you longer than you expected to recover.

It is better to be safe than sorry.

These 4 tips are designed to get you started. Wellness is critical in all aspects of your life and the quicker you establish healthy practices, the sooner you will realise how truly wealthy you are.

Very good advice, with simple routines to implement, when implemented will contribute to a noticeable better performance.

Instead of fighting your body´s natural routines, adjust and get in sync with your own body´s rythm. The benfits from small changes in routine, like the ones you describe, is quite big. I know from own experience.

Thank you for sharing,Cassi :-)
