Top Tip No. 2 - Go for a walk
No kidding! All of the tricks you use for writer's block can also work for blogging. Go out for some fresh air, meet friends for lunch, talk and think about something completely different.
Give yourself permission not to blog for a couple of days, on the condition that, on the third day, you sit down and start writing again.

I'm going to take these steps, make them into a graphic, and post it on my desktop screen as a reminder everyday I check in on my puter. :o)
