Hi there. It's been a few years.... yes, that's right, years since I first signed up to WA, but I now at last have some quality time to dedicate myself to it and am fully committed to making this work and enjoying and learning from this fantastic community.

I'm married with two daughters. I enjoy sailing and have been known to pick up my guitar and try to bang out a tune... very badly!

Professionally, I've now been in marketing for over 15 years and have a well-rounded working knowledge of the B2B, B2C and the not-for-profit sector. So as well as learning lots of great new things here at WA, I can hopefully also give something back too and share some of my knowledge with you guys.

Here's to successful futures. Here goes!

I’m sorry that I panicked. Apparently Wordpress installed itself with no help from me like a good program should. It showed me its backside and I went crying for help.it just needed a fire minutes alone on the computer to install itself.i thought it needed help and I was clueless . I’m sure I will scrub this program up given the opportunity but today was not it.i will try to be more patient in the future Thanks

Hey, no worries mate. It'll come second nature soon. It can seem a little daunting at first, but it really isn't. Just shout if you need any help, though it sounds like you've managed to get to where you need to so far.

I’m back on my phone now ,I have a computer available but my room mate is the administrator. I was having a problem installing word press and was waiting for my roomy to help but when I asked him he said he has never installed a program that has to be unzipped and takes several steps I’m hoping that you can walk me through it

Hi Sean,
I am near the end of Phase two of The Boot Camp.
There are lots of questions but I will start with one.
Would it be OK to do a review on a site that helps one with traffic
or a review on an auto-responder? Not sure how one would write a review on something that has not been personally tested.
Thanks for being there at the end of the Lesson.
I appreciate you,
Daisy
Reply
SeanGreentre Premium
Hi Daisy. I don't see why not. I think that's a great idea. As for getting the information, there are plenty of other reviews for such products, so do plenty of online research. What sites and Autoresponders were you thinking about?
Best,
Sean

Thanks, Sean,
I worked on my WA Review and went to finish phase two.
I know something about Traffic Wave and Global Money Line.
I found WA through GML.
Now I am committed to finishing the posts I want to write.
Then I will get back to school : ) I actually wrote a review about Jaaxy but not sure if that is necessary. I noticed it is coming up in the lessons. Also I am looking forward to the lessons on pictures.
I was able to put my picture header in but have not done any others. I wish the picture lesson had come sooner as now I have so many posts and pages that need pictures.
Since I have your ear, I am needing to know how to change a post
into a page and a page into a post. I got all mixed up at the
beginning.
So, how does one change a post to a page or vice versa??
I appreciate you,
Daisy

Hi Daisy,
Unfortunately, there is no way of changing posts to pages, and vice-versa, other than to copy and paste one to the other, then delete the old one. It's a common question, but sadly, no way to change it... sorry :-)
Kind regards,
Sean

Hi Sean,
I am trying to edit my post.
I edited it from the post but when I hit publish and preview it is not edited.
Doing the edits from the code page is overwhelming.
Is it possible to edit my post the easy way? Hopefully I am communicating my question clearly. Thanks
I appreciate you,
Daisy

Hi there. Sorry for my slow response - have been away for a while.

Not sure i fully understand the issue here. Are you editing the post from the Wordpress back end? If so, and it's still the same after 'Updating' then try a browser refresh as your browser maybe simply caching the old page. If it is then a refresh will show your updated post.

Apologies if I've misunderstood.

Kind regards,

Sean

Thanks for getting back to me Sean,
It seems that the easiest think for me to do is to trash the post that is published in WP and when I am absolutely ready publish the post that is edited in WA. I will give the refresh idea a try.
I appreciate you,
Daisy

Hi Sean,
I've got it! I was on text instead of the other that is not coded.
I can edit now in Word Press. It seems easier in WA. From now on I will be getting it practically perfect in every way before I publish.
Thanks for all your help.
I appreciate you,
Daisy

Cool. I live in the UK, but used to visit Seattle 3 times a year - I know it well. I worked for a company called Fluke Corporation in Everett. Unfortunately, I was made redundant, but I loved going there. I remember watching the yachts sailing up and down the sound. Happy times that I miss a lot.

sean thats what i guess im missing is the link that what im trying to tell you isnt the link the niche because thats what im telling you is i dont understand what the link is isnt it jammerises.com thats what i dont understand you how do you seperate the domain from the niche thats what i need u to explain it i kinda understand you alot better than kyle i just need to know have somebody to explain it to me and im starting to get it your niche can be
Reply
SeanGreentre Premium
OK. Your niche is not separate to your link, it is your link. That link you gave me is the right one and points me to your website - nice site by the way. Now... your blog articles need to be researched, as you'll need to find keywords and keyphrases in Jaaxy that will help each of your blog articles get ranked in Google. So, for example, your niche seems to be about your joy of rock and roll, music, concerts, etc. That's great :-). Now, go into Jaaxy and try out a few keywords and phrases like "concert tickets in Seattle" or "Rock and roll memorabilia"... these are just 2 examples. What you're looking for in Jaaxy is keywords that have low competition and high number of searches. So at least 30 searches, and competition of less than 100 ideally. Once you find your phrase that meets this criteria, then that can form the basis of your blog post. So, if "concert tickets in Seattle" meets the criteria above then write a blog post about it. Then, in the article, add affiliate links to people who sell those tickets and will pay you for the referral.

hey sean im having some real trouble with site im having trouble at times communicating with kyle directly but im having alot of trouble and im one of these old timers having to punch everything with one finger got it so the other part is ive got my site set up its called jammerises if i could just get a little help i cannot figure out where the niche comes in cause if you look at my site i believe in GOD so i gave all of the glory to GOD but i put some pretty good conten there now i can practice all day but i cant understand where the niche comes in and how do you get t up and running where people come to your site anmd you get paid for it because i cannot communicate with kyle or carson directly can you please try tro explain it to some degree
Reply
SeanGreentre Premium
Hi there,
No worries. Your niche is the linchpin of your site - it's why it exists at all. Think of a market that you are possibly expert in yourself. It can be anything, but what it must do is solve a problem - so, help with weight loss for men over 50 for example. That's a niche. It could be anything though. Maybe it could be something like helping those who want to build their own home and need to know more about planning regs. It can be anything. As you will see, there are billions of niches out there, and people who want to sell products to those niches. You need to use Jaaxy - see blue button on the left - to find the keywords and phrases that other sites are not using, but are being searched for by people around the world. Then, you can create pages, with links to relevant affiliate products, that should sas a result feature high in Google, meaning this traffic finds your pages, reads your product reviews, buys it through your affiliate link, and you make money.

That's a much generalized shortened version, but it's all covered in the Certification course - the green button to the left.

Hope that helps?

Hi Sean, I hope you are having a good day. A couple of days ago I had the opportunity to read your blog post entitled"10 great work from home Careers" on the Give&Take; discussion. I have to say that it was really well written. It taught me new ways to use the potential of internet.

Yes, I am in the UK. I live in Oxford. I have a son in South London and a married daughter with two children in Cheltenham. I therefore often go west, but rarely east.

Hello Sean,♫Welcome! Nice to meet you ツ I wish you a lot of learning pleasure and fun on WA. Thank you for adding me to your network.

From the start, I have written training for every issue I had problems with myself. I made an addition for After The Walkthrough. Also a list of 1001 niche ideas, a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post, 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck and an A-Z WA dictionary. I just love lists:) It has been very helpful to a lot of people. I just wrote my 102nd training for WA. I have categorized them in one blog you can find on my profile. Sean,
I am glad that you returned to WA.
I played classical and flamenco on a twelve string left handed in my teen age years but lost the memory to brain injury from strokes. I tried to relearn and switched back to piano after my fingers and hands hurt. Those metal strings!
The one area where I struggle is marketing. I loved the marketing courses I studied. Putting concrete people in front of abstract ideas is a bit challenging for me. If you have any insights, please, let me know. Aggregates, targets, matrix, are just numbers. I do know how to enage people and build relationships. Maybe I am overthinking the process.
