The KingSumo giveaway questionnaire is very easy to fill in, so I've simply copied an example below for your reference.
This example is an accommodation and meal package for two people.
Once you have finished the main detail of your giveaway, you have a few additional options (see next page) to complete, which will help your giveaway go viral!!

Great marketing strategy. I use to use Raffle Copter for the same thing and drove a ton of new members into our social network using contest. No longer have the social network but it's a great way to boost blog subscribers as well.
