At this point you should be looking at a screen that looks something like the one below. Google has confirmed that you have successfully linked your Youtube account with your Google+ page. We'll verify everything is working correctly momentarily.

Once you click continue here you will need to return to your Google+ page (which you should now be able to access either from your main Google account or your Dummy account. When you do visit your Google+ page you should see a tab labeled Youtube. Click on that tab and you should see any videos you have uploaded to your Youtube account here. It should look something like this:

If you see something like this on your screen, you can confirm that you are done and have verified that your linked accounts are functioning properly. This presumes you have uploaded and monetized at LEAST one video in your Youtube account.
