So now that you have clicked on Pages your existing pages will be here. If you have not created a page before you will have to create one and come back to this point and pick up where you have left off. There are plenty of tutorials on creating Google+ pages out there.

One caveat: If you are creating a new Google+ page, be sure to name the page in a way that reflects the (presumably) existing Youtube account you are going to associate it with.

If you see the page you wish to associate with your Youtube account on the screen that looks something like this below, click Managers to add a new authorized user to the Google+ page.

Hopefully you have more followers and update this page more often than this poor loser!
