Great...now you have your picture, you can play around with the various controls, such as colors and exposure, add shapes such as arrows and circles or anything else. You will need to tweek the coloring of the objects you place, and the line thickness

Not all the same tools are available in Paint.
I like using Paint when I need to get right down into pixel per pixel fixing and matching colors.
PowerPoint works on the whole picture for a quick and easy to use tool.
