I work with a lot of clients and often have to explain the difference between personal profiles, business pages and facebook groups. This may seem pretty basic to a lot of members here. I hope it helps some that are new to facebook (FB) marketing.

I want to briefly touch on 3 types of facebook properties ( Note: They are not all facebook pages)

• Personal Profiles
• Facebook Pages
• Facebook Groups

Creation of these profiles, pages and groups are free. You will, of course, be encouraged by facebook to advertise your pages. There are differing opinions on facebook ads and their effectiveness. This training will not go into paid facebook advertising. This training module is simply a guide to explain the difference between the 3 types of FB properties that you can create for free.
