What is a Facebook Page?

Facebook pages allow businesses, public figures and other entities to create a public presence on Facebook. Unlike profiles, Pages are visible to everyone on the Internet. Every person on Facebook can connect with a Page by becoming a fan to receive updates and interact on the News Feed.

Jay (magistudios) has already created an awesome series on Facebook Pages, but I'll still cover them from my perspective in Part IV of this Facebook Primer.

I hope this overview tutorial has been useful, and I look forward to going into more depth on Lists, Groups & Pages soon.

Please feel free to ask questions via the comments below, and I'll try to incorporate them into the remainder of this Primer.
