You will need your IP address and you can obtain that by going to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ - it will automatically give you your IP address. Your IP Address is your computer's unique marker.
NOTE: You may want to open a new tab in your browser that you can easily copy your IP address and use it to paste into Google Analytics.
Be warned that if you are using someone else's WiFi like a coffee shop or hotel lobby, you will not see what your actual IP address is. You will see the IP address for that particular place.

Jay did a training on this a while back and it doesn't work if you have a dynamic IP. If it does that's great. If not this tool https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout will do the trick.
