You should now be set up with your columns and rows and ready to insert your images or data. To do this click on the tags between column"></div>. Now click on "Add Media" and upload the file to your image library. Once uploaded click on "insert into page". Do this for two rows then click on "Preview" to make sure everything is ok. If it is add data to every column and row. Once completed you should see this in your text editor, although it will have your data in it instead of the example:

Hi Jewel, yes it's relatively easy and, I believe, the easiest way to build a grid, especially if you have have some knowledge of HTML.
