When somebody buys one, he'll not need another for a while, so the income potential is somewhat limited. Unlike some other types of businesses, the income is not recurring, every month, you get it once and that's all. It means that your income will be somehow static, stable, not increasing.

But also, don't worry, because you can always start another niche website after the first one begins producing income. You can do that until you're happy with your income, or use the initial income as capital to start another type of business. And the income will still be there.
