3. WP Super Cache
WP Super Cache currently has over two million active installations. While I don't advocate following the lead of others, numbers like this are usually a good indicator of quality.
The plugin is also completely free. It is a great choice if you are hesitant about spending on a WordPress plug-in.
There are three types of caching options available for the plugin:
Simple
Expert
WP-cache caching
Simple mode is most likely sufficient for most people. A custom permalink is required, but it's much simpler to set up and does not require you to modify your .htaccess file. Most web pages will remain dynamic even with simple caching.
Expert mode, as you may have guessed is a little more complicated. This setting is not recommended if you aren't an expert in web development and coding. You should not modify these files if you don't understand what you are doing.
WP-cache mode is used for caching content for known site visitors. This mode is great for users who log in, leave comments, or require custom content.
You can choose to keep things simple if you don't wish to make things too complicated.
However, WP Super Cache offers so many options that it is one of the most popular WordPress caching plugins.
4. Hyper Cache
Hyper Cache was created with WordPress blogs as a focus. It works on all blogs without the need for any complicated configurations. Hyper Cache optimizes bandwidth and speeds up page loading speed for your WordPress blog.
Hyper Cache is easy to install and it takes very little time. This plugin is great for beginners who don't need to know how to manage many cache settings. Once you've installed it, there is no need to make any changes after the initial configuration.
