There are several other things that you can do with WP Edit, some of which are for more advanced users, and you can discover those by clicking on the other headings next to "Buttons" in WP Edit Settings.

One really useful one which I found under "Extras" was the ability to create a few lines of sign-off text. If you usually sign off your posts in the same way, adding this sign off can save time!

I mean when you view them on mobile do they shrink down the same way we need responsive themes, I've heard a lot of tables don't do that [and I don't have a mobile to check it!]

can you not check by reducing the size of your browser window - it isn't perfect but will show whether it is responsive.
or use one of the multiple test sites out there to emulate devices

Yes, I just checked and they do shrink down on mobiles and are still legible :)

I use those tools but not so accurate from what I've seen, I've tested one of my sites on a friend's mobile but the screen tool gives a completely different result than in reality...
