4. Expose visitors to Site Domains.
The new Site Domains feature at Wealthy Affiliate is an easy and cost effective place to buy your domain names. Visitors who are interested in how you do business (might have an idea to start their own online business) will appreciate an insight into domain names purchasing.
You can work your Site Domain information into a ‘Backstory page’ on your niche site. Example; "My First Step In This Business Was Choosing A Name". Chat briefly about that and link it to Site Domains.
To create a Site Domain affiliate link;
- Click on this link to Site Domains http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/domains
- You will see it opens the Site Domains page in a new window, leave it open.
- Now switch back to your WA Profile page in the other tab and open your default affiliate link.
- Copy your unique ID which includes the figures from ? to the last number.
- Go back to the Site Domains page and Paste your affiliate ID at the end of the WA Domains URL so that it looks like this...
http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/domains?a_aid=YOURID
Notice there is no forward slash in the URL. It goes straight from domains to ? and then the rest of YOUR ID.
When a visitor clicks on your WA Site Domains affiliate link they are taken to the beautiful new sales funnel that is very simple to navigate. It is fun to play with, especially if they are considering starting an online business of their own..
How Much Commission Does a Site Domain Referral Earn?

One of our colleagues here have a site about classic cars. He earns WA commissions from one tiny WA banner at the bottom of his posts. You only need two referrals to convert to premium and you have covered the cost of your own membership. Sweet.
