5. Retail Arbitrage

Retail arbitrage means buying products at a reduced price from thrift shops or garage sales and then selling them online for a profit.

Online arbitrage is more cost-effective and scalable. This is similar to retail arbitration, except you do it online.

Calculate how much profit it would bring in if you purchased a product at an affordable price and sold it on Amazon for the full cost. If you want to make a significant profit, you may purchase specific quantities of the product on Walmart.com. You can then ship these products to Amazon fulfillment centers and sell them on Amazon at a profit.

While this business model can be time-consuming and costly, it is a great side gig to consider.

Conclusion

These are five excellent ways to make money with Amazon. I strongly recommend private labeling to achieve financial freedom. You can also reverse source wholesale. It is up to you to choose the model that suits you the best.

Don’t delay in pursuing any of these options. Amazon makes millions of people money every day.

Thank you Lily,

Amazon is such a fat cash cow.

Permit me to add my latest discovery to your list - Amazon Return Pallets.

I discovered it Last week and I could not take my eyes off it but had to do a complete writeup on it. Most Amazing is the fact that folks like us outside the US can also take part in it.
Amazon is a dependable source of income

Lily, thanks for the training about Big A’s Affiliate Program and the variety of ways to use Amazon’s platform for different business niche models. I have not signed up with their affiliate program. The other business models such as publishing, fulfillment, and other ways to build a business on their platform sounds doable for some.

Years ago, I sold mainly college textbooks for college students at discount prices. That was when the fees were a lot smaller and the seller platform was free. Now, you have to pay to be seller, and they take huge chunk of the fees that made my profit margin drop. I got out because the the fees and costs ate up my profit, only worth a dollar or less. No thanks. Im glad I got out when I did.

I agree with you, Brenda. Although amazon can work well for some you need large volume sales to make a decent commission. There are other platforms where you can promote their products for free and get a commission, especially recurring commissions.

I considered publishing my pony books with Kindle but I would make so little that it just isn't worth my time.
