Google + Social Statistics is where Google actually tracks all their Google + members statistics, however, you must have a gmail account or if you already do, simply enter your Google + id at the top left hand corner (you'll see this box below) for them to generate your personal Google + staticstis.
Be aware that your Google + id may look different from what you see in the picture. It's the first set of numbers after .com/.
What does Google- Statistic track?
1. Popular posts
2. Top 100 people (people that have the most followers)
3. Movers and Shakers (people that are close to the top 100)
You can also visually see the top posts every 24 hours. Google – Statistics also allows you to see:
1. How many people added you to their circles
2. How you grow over time
3. Where you rank in the list of popular Google+
Even though you can add your widget to your website, in my personal opinion, it's not really appealing (I'll show you why). If you want to, however, just scroll all the way down when it redirects you after add ingyourself to Google- Statistics and you'll see the html code to your Google + profile.
This is how it looks:
It looks plain right? My point exactly. Go to the next page and see how to really get looking creative and just you!
Note: Google says : It will promote your Google+ account and get you more followers, influence and awesomeness. Seriously!"
