Thanks Boothe. However If I replied to an email that WA sent and it is not an "do not reply to this email" and it has "support @ WA...." I am of the opiniom WA is officially bounded to respond to the email..
I have now seen that process , but if I am unaware of that process and responded to the only way I know which is by email then WA should respond appropriately by reimbursing me those Membership fees since April 23.
Anyway their Support staff should be responding to this enquiry as I am assuming you are an Affiliate Member.
