Hi Everyone, I'm looking for some advice on the direction I should take.
I just upgraded to premium and now the real work begins. I am on Course 2, lesson 2, and have to
Ok, cool. I look forward to following your progress to see how you like it Bill. I'm curious about some saturation in that area, though i'm guessing Bootcamp teaches you how to carve out your own corner of that niche.
This is all new to me Seems like the learning curve never ends. So many ways to accomplish the same thing. The training is very good here as well as the help form members. It will be fun to watch us grow in Online Marketing.
Thabnks to all of you for your insights. We all have them, however it is both helpful and reassuring to read the insights of others.
Buddy, this is just my own thoughts: in the process of completing the bootcamp, you might actually learn a lot to use for your niche. Meanwhile you might also create another stream of income. I would find it hard to do both at the same time as I don't have so many hours to watch the videos (found that videos are shorter on the bootcamp). How about setting goals to do the bootcamp in 10 days then this being set up and running, coming back to your beloved niche to continue. At the same time, to keep your focus why not keep a notebook open to throw any ideas that might come in mind regarding your niche, so you get the best out of the 2 process. Does this help?
Great insight eBob! That's kind of where I was leaning, although I did not articulate it as well. I was unclear whether Bootcamp required months of commitment like my niche would...sounds like it doesn't based on your comment. I did also read another member's post last week that said the same thing about the Bootcamp helping them to make their niche better.
I thought I was going with my niche first, now I'm back on the fence, lol...
Although, now I'm thinking of using a hybrid of your idea: get my niche somewhat started and generating some traffic for the next 2-3 weeks, then do the Bootcamp with the idea of strengthening my niche along the way.
Buddy, whatever you'll decide will be the right decision for you..... as....long...as....: you put it to work... trust me, this week took my time away for other things, as a result, Did I progress on the bootcamp? nein, nitch, nada, nothing... so now you know that I'm only a human being like many others in this community.
I wish you success in getting your site running soon. see ya
Yeah, I agree with DoubleTap... if you're amped about your niche, then do that. All of it will take time - I was also in a hurry to make cash fast but have realised it doesn't work like that. BUT it DOES work - of that I have no doubt. So stick at it, and get building quality content as fast as you are able to and you will get the results you are looking for. All the best :-)
Totally agree with Michael... if you have a niche that you're excited about, stick with the Cert Training. It is really detailed on creating your website and in my opinion, is the best way to get started!
I know we all want the quick results ;) but I think if you have a niche idea, especially if it's something you like and know a lot about, then I'd go with that. Promoting WA is extremely competitive so getting ranked with a "make money online" focussed website is going to take time anyway.
Of course there's nothing stopping you from doing the bootcamp and getting a WA promotion site up and running then turning to your own niche once your site is well developed. I wouldn't try doing both at the beginning though.
As far as I am concerned, bootcamp is about promoting WA with perspective to use the knowledge on any niche.
Regular course gives general knowledge about Affiliate Marketing.
You need all of them.
Besides, there are a lot of blogs around WA not recommending going to money making online, especially if you are not a pro.
Your call.:)
Thanks Sam, I kind of figured there would be stiff competition in promoting WA. Thanks for the confirmation.
Ii can add only my personal experience. I "skipped" around too and I regret it. I now have to re-do the training. I'd stick with the program. You will be much better off in the long run.
Hi Meredith, thanks for the advice. But do you mean to stick with the 6 course program or the Bootcamp?

I had (have) the same question. I am doing bootcamp first, even though I have chosen a niche.
Great galt! I will be following you and Bill to see how it works out!
