Our Greatest Fear
This will be short but I wanted to get this out there.
One of my favorite scenes from any movie is the scene from Coach Carter when a player stands up, while studying in the gym with the rest of his team, to address his coach with an answer to a question that had been asked of him many times. The player did not have an answer before because of what he was lacking inside of him in character and self-esteem.
Through Coach Carter's life lessons and teachings, along with a little hoops training, the player's self-development revealed a leader inside of him that no one even realized was possible. I just love this story!
You will see three boxes with pictures when you get there. Below those pictures is my blog. Read "Our Deepest Fear" and then click to watch the video. Enjoy!

Mike this was awesome! The video, his quotes, the leadership list and your comments... All something we need to follow. Leadership comes from being a good listener as well. I truly appreciate you sharing this.
Thanks Mike ,
Ken
You're awesome Ken! I appreciate you waiting for me to get it right so you could see it. It is one of my favorites. You are so right about the listening. What is the old saying...God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason...lol. The people that I have known with the most wisdom were great listeners. Thanks for your feedback Ken. More to come on the site. Its getting there!
