An absence of geese.
Some years the pond at our "local" wildlife center is full of geese. This was an empty year. Not that we have been able to check for a while... sometimes though, one finds a swan or a crane or a heron or two amongst the geese and the ducks.
So today's swan is my newly-upgraded WA account. And it isn't that it is an affiliate program that is guaranteed to make me a lot of money. It might well, if I pay careful attention to the training and get all the keywords right. Rather, it is a tool (or group of tools) that I think will fit well and indeed shape my way of working. It will be a major component of my "virtual desktop" - as a writer, I am always looking for excuses to take a break. Not so many excuses when the Content Builder brings all your projects together. Not so much an excuse when the Site Manager and Site Builder bring many, many sites together. And the upgraded access to Jaaxy takes away my excuses to avoid doing deeper research into niche discovery. So I'm going to celebrate my upgrade by going through my apps and seeing what I can get rid of 'coz WA does it better. And by checking out the Swan Nebula,, birthplace of stars.....
