Why does Facebook have a limit of 5,000 Friends?
Of course there is no limit on Followers but when it comes to Friends on FB, there's the 5,000 limit...
Why?

There are many other Social Media sites on the internet now, which ones are You a member of?
There is no limit here at the Wealthy Affiliate Community but then again the term isn't Friends & is indeed Followers...
What's the difference?

I didn't know there was a limit on friends, but I am okay anyway. At this point, I still have 4996 on my limit of 5000. Seriously, I have no idea how many friends I have on any of my social media accounts, but you have presented an interesting fact. I am gonna check now.

Go to business pages - that's unlimited. I am aware it is 5K from a decade ago :)

Hi, thanks for the post, I'm almost 5000 but unfortunately they don't let my friends see my posts which is not good. But I understand because of business.
