Nice share John. Lorna Li, author of the article you cited, has certainly got it together when it comes to niche selection.

Her comment that the worst business advice she ever got ("Follow Your Passion, the Money Will Come") rates right up there with "If you build a better mousetrap, the world will beat a path to your door".
