Non-Financial Goals
In Course 1, Lesson 2 (Understanding How to Make Money Online), the third task is to create your non-financial goals over 10 day, 30 day, 6 month and 1 year time periods. These goals cannot involve money.
- 10 Days: Begin stretching and exercising to improve my fitness and reduce back and neck pain, and restart my low carb weight loss program.
- 30 Days: Complete the "Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started (Level 1)" and "WA Affiliate Bootcamp - Starting Your Foundation (Phase 1)".
- 6 Months: Hire a Virtual Assistant to enable me to expand my online endeavours without impacting my full-time job.
- 1 Year: Get my weight back under 175 pounds, improving my overall health.

I do not always do back exercises when I get up but this morning I did them and I have to say I feel great.I was in a car accident about 15 years ago and my back took a little knock in it and in the cold weather it goes into my right hip.I do have the back pain now and again but it is nice to stretch your back first thing in the morning.
