There's so much going on in our minds related to the online world from social networks to SEO to wondering when that first sign of income is going to be accumulated from your business. The amount of thoughts can be endless from all this, and that's without considering life in the real world, let alone the digital world.
A very wise quote I literally just read says this:
"Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you."
This resonates with me on a deep level being that my mind races often as though I have anxiety at all times from worrying about if I'm doing okay with my article writing, or if I'm engaging enough within the WA community. All these things can really put the mind in a negative space so please slow down and live in the present moment sometimes.
Remember that slow and steady wins you the race.
