Don't Be In Such A Rush
Slow Down
It's okay to stop for a moment and take a breather.
It's okay to stop and gather your thoughts to get a grip on what you're doing exactly, why, and what you should do next.
It's okay to live in the moment from time to time and just appreciate the fact that you've been blessed with this great opportunity to build a business from home.
There's so much going on in our minds related to the online world from social networks to SEO to wondering when that first sign of income is going to be accumulated from your business. The amount of thoughts can be endless from all this, and that's without considering life in the real world, let alone the digital world.
A very wise quote I literally just read says this:
"Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you."
This resonates with me on a deep level being that my mind races often as though I have anxiety at all times from worrying about if I'm doing okay with my article writing, or if I'm engaging enough within the WA community. All these things can really put the mind in a negative space so please slow down and live in the present moment sometimes.
Remember that slow and steady wins you the race.

I had to learn not to be in a rush. I thought everything had to be done by now or better yesterday :) But I'm supposed to enjoy the process, right? So now I am. Slower but enjoying.

I'm still learning to this day. It can get difficult since I'm so used to my thoughts racing and getting overwhelmed with anxiety from everything going on in life.
