Great advice if you are having sites outside WA or not on Wordpress. Actually this is true for any work on any software program you do. Always have backups!

If you go to your back office and click on SiteRubix
then click on SiteManager
You will see that WA backs up our sites on a daily basis.
I know its good practice to do this ourselves as well
There is an option to do this in wordpress
