Would 2,000,000 Visitors increase Your Sales?

The Minnesota State Fair is the state fair of the U.S. state of Minnesota. Also known by its slogan, "The Great Minnesota Get-Together", it is the largest state fair in the United States by average daily attendance.

The Minnesota State Fair attracts over 2,000,000 visitors in the 12 days of the fair.

If you had that much traffic visiting your website, could you sell your product (on a stick) to these visitors?

When I was producing Home Improvement Expos and Health and Wellness Expos, I had a booth in the GrandStand at the Minnesota State Fair. We were not "selling" anything. We just gave aways free passes to our expos.

Just having a presence at this large event attracted attention to my business.

Without TRAFFIC you have no business being in business.

SEO is not the only way nor is it the best way to get traffic to your offers.

Maybe the tried and true traditional methods could work better.

I am looking into a booth space at the Minnesota State Fair again.

I'm thinking perhaps I'll just hand out pieces of literature with QR codes printed on them.

Sounds interesting Brad...

Why not? I wish you every success with this particular endeavour my friend!

In my humble opinion. Your thinking outside the box. Will help. These people are making a connection, buy seeing you and talking to you.
After all connection is what you are looking for.

People buy from people, and a QR code printed on a postcard will last a lot longer than a Google click.

Not a bad thing, Brad! Exposure can definitely be very good!

You are missing and important part of the formula here. You don't want traffic you want buyer traffic or targeted traffic in other words people that you have built some kind of relationship with called WARM traffic
Trying to sell things to strangers does not work

Ya think 🤔

That sounds like it might be kind of fun, having all those people to talk to. What an amazing idea! Hand some of your coasters too, people like coasters lol
