Traditional (physical) Marketing VS Online Activities
Call Me Paranoid 🤪
I think that internet platforms are suppressing content. Perhaps not maliciously, but out of necessity. There’s too much content being created and too rapidly to be consumed.
I’m looking for traditional physical “real life” options. Options like attending in person events, direct mail postcards, distribution of flyers, getting a vendor table at Tradeshows or expos, putting business cards in gift bags.

Even if we had our affiliate link on a flyer, card...etc, there is no guarantee they would use that to join WA unfortunately.
Mel
That’s true. No guarantees.
But a physical flyer or postcard lasts considerably longer than a click on the Internet.
And the probability of it being a human rather than a bot is considerably higher as well. Considering that 50% of the traffic on the Internet is automated robots.
You're Paranoid, Brad! 🤪🤣🤪🤣🤪
But, maybe not. It might be like you say.
I can understand where you are coming from, I think. But I have to say I am not actually there yet.
I think the physical/ real life options you are looking for is a dying trend, just like getting disks, and books when you buy a program or computer. Everyone is putting everything on the internet. We are relying too much on the internet.
One day something is going to happen, and the internet won't be there. The information will be somewhere, if it survived on a server or computer, etc. But this all powerful "cloud" everyone loves will be gone. What will people do then?
We as humanity will have to relearn what we are forgetting.
Sorry if I ranted.
JD
I was driving home from the Magic store last week and I drove through downtown Minneapolis.
There was a concert at The Armory and the line of “people” (humans) went outside the building around the corner and a block down the sidewalk.
These are the leads in looking for.
(I might print up some WA flyers) 🤪

Here’s the thing, brotha… the target audience you’re looking for who is trying to create revenue online aren’t looking to do this by being handed a flyer 👍🏼 they’re searching in the same marketplace they’re looking to make money in: online.
Add to that, when you’re creating content that answers your target audience’s searches, your target audience actually knocks on your door, not the other way around.
Talking to the people knocking on your door earns way, way more conversions than talking to people who are standing in line looking for something unrelated 💯💯💯
Finally, scalability online blows face to face meetings out of the water. Embrace the tools you have. People don’t respond to post cards, that worked in the 80s. Now, most people throw away most physical mailouts. Find them where they’re looking: online 😎👍🏼💯
Plus, we should be taking into consideration the non-human factors.
Nearly half of all traffic on the internet is automated — generated by software that visits websites and services without direct human interaction.
Conversions happen every single minute of the day, man. 👍🏼 the number of people you reach online will always be exponentially more than we can grab face to face.
The fact that bots exist doesn’t make online business ineffective any more than junk mail makes direct mail obsolete. Online just provides a massively larger scale.
I envy those that have that daily conversion engine in place.
That’s what this training is all about. Create content, create content, create content. Use the tools here to do it daily for your website. Find your audience on YouTube where the world spends tens of thousands of hours daily watching video. Each piece of content is a hook in the water and the fish are biting every minute. 👍🏼💯
