Got Windows?!
Never under estimate the power of sunlight.
It matters. You need it.
Right now I'm in an office with no window, and I hate it.
It makes you feel trapped, withdrawn from the outside world.
We all need sunlight.
Haven't you noticed how the amount of light you see affects how you feel? If it's stormy and cloudy and dark is it easier to feel frustrated, stressed and sad? What about if it's sunny and warm is it easier to feel optimistic, happy, hopeful etc. ?
We can't always decide where we are. sometimes we are windowless, but we need to remember to get out and let the light hit us.
Light is so important, and has more implications and
relevance than most may realize.
When we are aware of how it affects us we are better able to assess and manage our feelings. So if you're like me, and you're trapped in room without sunlight, you can know that if you get agitated part of how you're feeling is a result of the light around you. (Or lack thereof.)
Some thoughts for you today.

Oh how could I forget: ;)

YEP!!! So true! There's a natural cure to depression. Light! (and movement is a big deal too.)
I'm sorry you have no window! I think windows are wonderful. I won't go on about mine but it's nice and I want to hold on to it! :)
Absolutely agree with you.
I always feel that I have less energy when work or just do something where there are no windows.
We are humans and strongly connected with the sun and our universe. And if we don't have that connection, we can feel it.
