Great post Catherine. As we humans get older, the more resistant we become to change. Just over a century ago, the older generation thought motor cars would be a passing fad. A few decades later, they swore the idea of aeroplane travel would never take off.
We have to meet people at their worldview and, as you say, AI is a game changer.

And I've been surprised at the number of 50-60 year olds who manage their life via cell phone use with settings appointments and using the calendar.

They must have received aday planner for gifts when they were younger...lol.
