Top 6 Evergreen Niches Offering huge Profits in 2021
So please be aware these are my own thoughts, not some highly targeted, statistical analysis. In 20+ years in marketing, this is what I've seen as evergreen niches. They have all stood the test of time.
# 1: Make money online
Obviously, my first choice for an evergreen niche because everyone wants more money. There are 8 billion-plus people in the world and let's say there are three billion children. That leaves 5 billion adults. Let me ask you a question about how many people do you know who have sufficient money.
One of the reasons it is so popular is the fact there are digital and real products to promote, as well as memberships. A great example here is Gain Higher Ground available on Clickbank.
# 2: Weight Loss
This is a HUGE money industry. Think of what all could you promote! Digital courses, memberships, subscriptions, tangible items like meal prep containers or protein powder - or even exercise equipment. There are also perks such as there always being new fads to promote, but the niche as a whole is evergreen.
# 3: Anti Aging
There is a huge baby boomer population, but even younger people have been taught to start anti aging from early on. Plus, vanity causes high spending. People will always want to look good and feel great, so they shell out for items that will be a boost for their ego. Anti aging includes everything from mindset to wrinkles, brain health, mobility and more. There is a good mix of digital and real products.
# 4: Parenting
If you can capture a couple from the time they're trying to conceive and cater to them through pregnancy, baby and toddler years, through college - that is money in the bank! You can grow an entire empire around parenting. All kinds of topics - sleep, feeding, mindset/discipline, toys, education playing and more.
# 5: Cooking
We all have to eat, right? This is a trending niche because in many countries restaurants have been closed for a while. You can promote different recipes, it's a great niche for best of articles. Cooking lifestyles with different levels from quick and easy, comfort food to gourmet, and tangibles like cookware. It has HUGE profit potential, it's a visual niche so great for Insta and Pinterest. You can spin-off to the garden to the table as well.
# 6: Relationships
Start with dating and finding someone to wedding planning and there are downbeat moments too, such as getting your ex back - everyone wants love. So there are many people who pay for information on how to find it and how to improve themselves or even get over troubles. If you look on Amazon, that 5 love languages book is always on the bestseller list.
All of these leashes have the potential to be million-dollar niches. You can start out as a beginner by promoting both real and Digital Products. Later on, you as you learn you can expand by making your own products. Further expansion can come by having a high ticket coaching program.

Thank you for your interesting list, I trust your list Catherine as I know you have been in the game a long time. I must admit I wouldn't have thought of the relationship category, it sounds feasible.
I have been told that the cookery niche has been overdone or should I say overcooked! However, due to the lockdown, as you mention, this could bring a new dimension to cookery websites.

Roy, there are 2 sides to relationships which I am discovering.
One of my niches is personal development, and my research into this niche is revealing some exciting things.
People are VERY interested in personal growth (relationship with self) and improving their relationships with their families, friends and co-workers.
It is why self-help id one of the top categories for books.
There is so much that can be used in this niche.
I think I have only now found my niche segment to grow my business on - after 1 year. 🙂

It's interesting Catherine and my wife is thinking about starting a cookery website. I have been kind of putting her off a bit, however, as she is from Greece people may like the healthy cooking aspect. It could be a mixture of British and Greek recipes.

It's amazing what can be revealed when we start researching our niche. I guess we can keep going deeper and deeper especially in relationships. Sometimes I think we have to get back to basics in relationships and living.
I believe that one good thing that has happened in the lockdown is the fact that people are appreciating their homes and gardens more. And just living a slower pace of life, which is great.
