Sometimes my posts get ranked before I get the notification through WA that the site is now indexed. Once I publish I do submit the post to Google by using the webmaster tools "fetch" feature.

Yes, Sir! Here is one from Robert. His training are very helpful. Fetch as Google You can use the search bar at the top of your WA screen to search for things like this.
