Hello!

I think that I have received a spam message on my website. I have included a screenshot below. Has anyone ever experienced something similiar to this? Not sure what this is about. Never heard of the website that is claiming that my domain name will soon expire. I purchased the domain name from Go Daddy and pointed the servers to WA. Feedback would be much appreciated!

Definitely spam.

Trash!

Thanks! I just trashed it 🙂.

👍👍😎 Well done! It is always good to ask if in doubt though! After a while, you will instinctively know!

Hi Terese, it is spam and a phlishing attempt disregard the message.

Delete it.

Go daddy will contact you when your domain is due for renewal.

The guys that sent that are just plane out scammers.

Hi Alex,

Ok will do. Thanks for your input!

It is good to share Terese, this kind of scam is doing the rounds. They scrap your details if we do not have privacy attached to our domain names, real opportunists.

Some registrars offer it included with the domain name purchase, WA is one such supplier. It is starting to make a big difference.

I think Go daddy charges for it.

Not only spam, but it's also a scam. Do not visit the website and do not pay any money. Your domain name is registered until April next year.

Hi Marion,

Thanks so much for verifying. I figured it was a scam, but it was alarming at first. I really appreciate your response!
