Hi, the only place I know is unbounce - I haven't used them yet, so don't know much about them. They do have a free course which I worked through and found very informative - it's called The Smart Marketers Landing Page Conversion Course. I use Instabuilder, its a Wordpress plugin that creates professional landingpages, squeezpages, salespages etc. etc. with tons of templates, very advanced features such as one time offer, 3 step optin, one click facebook optin, support for your favorite autoresponder, you can even use video as a background instead of an image :-)
Plus tons more, its better then Getresponse landingpage creator and its just a one time fee, no monthly subscription.
I don't know if its currently open to purchase as its limited to a maximum no. of buyers due to the advantages it offers over the competition but you could search for it.

Hello, I found a solution. It worked with filezilla ftp-login, open index.php with filezilla, enter the code there at the top and saved it. Worked very good and easy. Mike

Hi Mike, depending on what theme you are using you should generally click on the Appearance Tab in your WP menu, then choose the Editor sub-menu item, this will open up a list on the right hand side of your screen with a whole lot of titles listed, look for header, click on that and it should open a box for editing the header code. Hi, noticed that the keywordtool doesn't support google.de and German "Umlaute" like "ä, ö, ü, and ß"! Is there any chance to change this? Thanks for your kind response. Mike</

Jaaxy is a great keyword tool but only support english language, i'm french and i use google adwords tools for my keyword search.
I would be so happy if jaaxy become available on other language :)
