You can give your affiliate links to folks on social media, email, etc. You do not have to have a website to start earning in that way (I'm assuming you're promoting Wealthy Affiliate - other affiliate programs may see things differently).

If you share just your affiliate links on social media you might get blocked. I think it's best to have your links inside a blog post and you share your blog post.
