Based on what you are saying, your settings at the following link must be turned off too.

However, do be aware that all communication is kept on the platform, through comments or private messages, not through apps or software programs.
Welcome to WA. Which lesson are you on and what is the problem? Can you do a screen print? If not please explain the issue. What are you trying to do?

Where do I find & fill out my commissions info.
My PayPal account is what I would like to use.
Heres a link you can also use from your profile -> account -> subscriptions.

You can update your PayPal Email and Minimum Payout Threshold on below link

That's clicking the $ sign top menu and choosing "stats" from the drop down menu.

Please click the dollar sign on the dashboard
and click MY STATS and you will see the
box where you have to put your email address
for your PayPal.
