Blogging to Stay Alive!
Who blogs to stay alive?
If we don't it's something we need to get in the habit of doing. We can post one blog a day--so let's make it count. Anyone who has been with WA for a few months should already be blogging and writing content. Writing great content has to become second nature and it should be coursing through our veins by now. Content creation is what makes us unique in the Internet world.
We use the best tools to get it done, or do we?
I have compiled a few of my favorite tools to help you next time writer's block hits you at 2.00 a.m. after sitting at the keyboard staring at the I cursor...
HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT BLOG TOPIC
https://www.portent.com/tools/title-maker
You are bound to find something that will grab your visitor's attention. Topics need to be catchy, challenging, thought provoking, even slightly offensive and this may just do it.
BUT I NEVER WROTE BEFORE COMING TO WA
No problem. We have members who have never written in their lives. Google keeps stressing, we need high-quality, relevant content. So we need grammatically correct text to make our site look its best.
It's not another $#@%^$# Plug-in?
Nope, it's a browser add-on. This will have you writing without mistakes on WordPress, Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, or wherever you go on the Web.

Note: I will be doing a training on Grammarly and post the link here.
FINAL TIP
Kyle talks about leveraging content from WA content on your site. I love that idea because our content works twice as hard for us. I am about to start the Affiliate Bootcamp, so I thought why not take my most popular blog with some fresh comments on it and link to the Affiliate site (using a url shortener of course) and only one link.
When a first time visitor sees it, they get a button to Create a FREE Account
So WA allows us to create 1 blog a day, so grab your best material and let your blog and sign up form do the heavy lifting for you.
Also for those watching Rank, remember...
A BLOG A DAY HELPS KEEP MEMBER RANK BLUES AWAY!

UPDATE:
PS: I see comments on this blog discussing the need or not for including the Affiliate ID link on your own content in the URL on the website. I have added back the ID again after much discussion. Anyone care to have their 2 cents worth? Please feel free to correct me on this important issue of whether we get paid for referrals or not. I personally agree with EKautz that it should be included. I also PM'd Kyle so hopefully he will chime in on this blog and put it to rest.
There is some dialog between @EKautz and myself.

HI Michael, great attention grabbing headline. It made me think - well will I not be alive if I don't blog? Basicall DO or Die (or become not relevant) . You answered my question about WHY it's important to write content and make it a daily habit. The WHAT and WHY is so important. It cause people like me to take action. Also thank you for the cool tools; I will certainly utilize them. They will be a great addition to my toolbox. You have a knack for teaching in an effective and informative way. Thank you for the lesson.
Hello Winn, If your have been inspired to succeed at WA, then my goal has been met.

Well said. Unfortunately one of those easier said than done situations. Will check it out in more details and hope to be inspired.
Be careful with duplicate content. You can't have the same post on the WA site and your own site - the wise men at Google frown on this!
I agree it looks to me duplicate content, so I have PM'd Kyle on it. Thanks for your observation. I am following you now.
Strap,
Kyle's comment at the end of the blog re: duplicate content, definitely nails it. Thanks for your interest.

Excellent post and it is true I for one need to be blogging way more though have a few on the draft mode
Great blog :) Quick tip not sure if you knew, but if you are referring to your own content on WA you don't have to use your affiliate link WA will already know.
It's only when you are using someone else content then you use your link.
HI Anthony,
Thanks for your support and comments Anthony, it is really appreciated coming from you. Any feedback is welcome.
As I said I am about to start a WA site. So, after what you say it makes sense the affiliate link on the end of the URL would be redundant.
The correct image is there now. Thanks for your vigilance.
PS: You came from Barbados, and I am from Australia living in Saint Martin--quite a climate change for you, brrrrr!
