I still struggle with this issue even though I am retired and only work part-time 2 days a week .My suggestion would be keep small/simple short-term goals . I certainly find myself "falling behind" but then I keep telling myself , this is not a race the only person I am up against in the end is myself. Don't "beat yourself up" I currently aim for spending 1-2 hours a day Mon-Sat (Sunday is rest day.) I some times might do less and sometimes more. Hope this is helpful. My 3 P's Patience---Perseverance---Persistence. Be encouraged and take regular breaks when you need to.

Manage your time in a way you can handle

Hello Teboho, it is difficult to work a full time job and try to start your own business, whether online or brick and mortar. It can be draining, but if you want something bad you have to find a way of setting priorities and dividing your time. Most of the time you will be working on your business after your regular job and on weekends.

Work when you can, and never give up!!!
