First off, I would like to say hello to all of you out there in WA land. I am a new member as of 8/24/2019. I do have a couple of questions that I am wondering if you might be able to help me with.
Sorry to bug you. I already have a website of my own and so my questions stem from this.
#1. Do we as customers have access to a C-panel like we would from any other hosting company?
#2. If I were to purchase a membership through Wealthy Affiliate and I have you guys host my current website A: Will I have to change anything other than my current DNS settings and B: Will I still be able to access my website via FTP?
Sorry to ask but I have not seen anything regarding these topics yet. I also use Thrive Themes as my website builder and have all of their plug ins. Do they all integrate with your website hosting services as well?

There is a Wordpress editor which is probably similar to your C-panel. DNS settings works. You can still access your site via FTP but there is a specific one here. I'm not sure about your theme but I'm sure someone here knows.. Hope this helps. Paula

the C-panel that I am referring to is the back office of your hosting where you can access your MySQL database interface and many other functions that revolve around your website hosting. You can also change settings in your back office such as what version of php your running and things of that nature. Thrive Architect is what I currently use as my website builder. What do you mean there is a specific FTP here? I cannot use FileZilla? What is the name of the FTP software that you use here?
I appreciate you taking the time to comment. I am looking for some crystal clear clarification on these elements of this platform. Do you think I should open a ticket or ask the help center?
