It is always best to submit a ticket to technical support after you have tried it a few times. Good luck!
Hi, please check your Spam folder if anything in there.
I also suggest you check your credentials if all correct, I would also try set it up again, however if all fail, I would submit a ticket to site support.

Can you change your payment due date to a different date?

I hope you manage to sort it out.
you can always cancel your billing and (rejoin) again on the date you want it to go out on.just sign into your account and it should ask for payment.
