Hi,
Is anyone else having an issue with their premium monthly payment fee that has failed?
When I try to update/complete the payment it says that it has failed as
Hi - are you using the same method of payment you used for your first month of premium? The following months should be taken automatically. I guess you have checked the obvious, such as if you are using a credit card it hasn't expired? Or trying to use a pre-paid card which isn't accepted here?

Yes I am using the same method of payment as before as I never had a problem before. But I am in touch with Carson now so really hoping that I can get it resolved.

Your question has landed in the WA community for response and here we all are :
Perhaps you've already checked as follows>> WA Profile>> Account Settings>> Subscription Settings > Billing / Membership / Payment and ensure that you've completed the prompts as required or make any necessary corrections ... you can also view or print your invoices from there as well ...
Keep in mind that billing is done in USD plus any applicable taxes to your jurisdiction for the total amounts .... and to ensure that you have sufficient balance to cover the total converted amounts as needed to make the payment ...

I even keep getting a error when trying to use this method. Looks like details have been wiped off and when I add them again it gives me errors. It was working ok before, so not too sure what the issue is.
But I am in touch with Carson now, so hoping can sort it out and quick.

Is anybody able to tell me why the font colour option has disappeared from my theme, when I am editing posts. It was there before and I haven't changed the theme. <
Do you perhaps also know how if there is a way to access the images from the 'Site Content' (part of the toolbar) but from within Wordpress? So after you publish the post.
I am not sure did I understand correctly. Left-click on an image and choose "Edit".
Is that what you think?
In 'Site Content' there is a image feature full of 'built in' images that one can use while compiling content(see attachment).
However once you publish the post/page you cannot go back to use this image feature again within wordpress.
Hope that makes more sense?
This is site content what you are showing in Wealthy Affiliate. After you publish a post from WA, you can edit the post (and images) in WordPress.
WordPress and sit content are different things. Once the post is published from the site content, all your editing has to be done from WordPress.
