WA billed me but this was done in error. Where can I complain? they do not pick up the phone and did not respond to my email.

Hi - I am not sure where you are trying to ring, but WA does not have a telephone number. Your premium subscription is an automatic, recurring payment until you cancel it yourself in your account settings and there are no refunds.

For further advice, you need to go to wealthyaffiliate.com/contact and select the billing option.

When PayPal billed me they provided a number to call... there is a prerecorded message by Kyle... It's his voice saying that we should contact them via WA website. Which is essentially here. What I am doing right now. I find it rather strange. But hey.

costumer protection act says otherwise... I have 14 days from product purchase to complain and get the reimbursement.

Make sure to cancel your recurring subscription in PayPal, it is your responsibility.

Consumer protection act applies to new transactions, not recurring transactions. They fall under contract law.

wow... this was done in error... I believed that I cancelled the subscription in March this year. But on the 4th of December, I was billed. WA is a prestigious company, founded by people with high moral standards if I explain to them what happen they will surely understand.

Yes, I have noticed... Very strange. But they need to follow customer protection and return my money if I complaint within 14 days... I am not quite sure what to do...

The rule you mentioned applies to new transactions made online, not recurring transactions. It is a subscription-based payment, so if you do not wish for the payment to be taken you must cancel your subscription (and make sure it's cancelled) in advance.

Therefore, it's at WA's discretion to offer the refund - so I suggest that rather than "complain", you simply "explain" your situation & "ask" for a refund.

Complaining is never the best first approach in any instance.

Yes, I have sent the explanation to Kyle and to the billing link that Diane shared. It is my food and shelter money indeed... I got ill in February with this strange flu... now I know it was Covid. It left me breathless so I had to stop working... They gave me benefits for about 4 months but that has stopped now. My life has flipped around twice, literally. I came back from UK to Slovakia as I needed support and I am recovering still. But things are getting better slowly, but surely. I started to paint again. Getting back to my self... hey such is life!

They can only deal with technical issues relating directly to websites. SiteSupport should not be contacted for billing enquiries.
