Uh-Ohh
Hello everyone!!
I just wanted to take a quick minute to drop in and say "Hello" and see how everyone is doing.
Today has been Monday...all day long. Monday's are never my 'up' day of the week. It seems like it is the looonnngest day and sets the pace for the rest of my week. I am really hoping that this is not the case for me.
I have not felt well today either, and I couldn't decide why I was feeling so draggy. But, I went on with the day as usual. Just the normal routine. Most of the day was spent around WA, reading blogs, answering questions, writing, and revisiting some posts that I have now updated and added media, started some new work for Teddy Bear, and I am happy to report that my site is feeling much better. It told me today that his health was improving and things were looking up. Thanks to all those who gave me advice on ways that I could help my site start to feel better, and it has worked.
About half-way through a Board Meeting tonight, I realized why I had not been feeling 100% today. I am getting sick. I began to chill, ache, ears began to ring and my throat felt sore. It felt, all of a sudden, like a train had hit me. I am coming down with either a summer cold or the flu!! I need to be getting some rest and that was not the ending that I was hoping for tonight. I hate to get a summer cold. It takes forever to get rid of, and it sets the pace for the rest of the winter.
Anyway I just wanted to drop in and check up on everyone and say an early goodnight. I hope that everyone has a restful night and gets some good sleep. I know that I am going to try to get a much needed restful night. Talk to you all tomorrow...

If you are still around, be sure to take a hot bath and soak down in the tub. Take a bowl of ice water in there and dip your wash cloth in and wring it out, place on your forehead.
Be sure to drink water before the bath and afterward, with lemon in it, if possible. No sugar added, sorry!
This way, you can stand the water being as hot as possible. Take 4000 mg of Vit. C, if you dare. Diffuse essential oils, Melaleuca, lemon, and Eucalyptus, or put drops in the bathwater.
If you fear it may be a really strong flu bug, with determination, wrap up in a dampened sheet and cover yourself with many blankets.
Sweat it out! I hate this treatment! Some say it works. I don't know, but anything is better than being out of commission for days and days! If you caught it soon enough, maybe it will work.
Knock it out! You have been under a lot of stress. Please do relax and check with us much later!

Thanks Lynne. I was already thinking of the hot bath and wrapping up in blankets to sweat. I don't have time for this!!!
