Let's think of the Poor this Christmas

Hello, As Christmas is fast approaching,only 4 more days and many people will shout to each other "Greetings" to All my friends and relatives of a Merry Christmas. A thought of "How about those people who are home less and nothing to eat,fighting for the relief goods that are being distributed to far-flung places in Compostella Valley wherein thousands of Banana plantations and Coconut trees were wiped out and homes flown away by the most devastating typhoon "Pablo".

People still making efforts to hang Jingle Bells and Merry Christmas messages in their make-shift shelters.Babies getting sick of diarrhea due to contaminated drinking waters and no public toilets to go to are only some of the scenarios that just happened to the People of the Philippines.

We have a good hearts volunteering for the preparation of relief good in the compound of the top rated TV Stations like ABS-CBN,GMA AND THE LIKES delivering these goods to the evacuees in their Evacuation Centers and people are sometimes climbing the trucks to get ahead of the few. Yes it's reaching the people but the question is:"Are the relief goods enough for all". I doubt it because after a day or two where will they get their fill again.

So this Christmas I hope that some big hearts will think about those people in the areas I've mentioned. WA might think that I'm raising funds. Of course not but those who want to help can help by contacting people in the Philippines like the above mentioned radio stations or the Religious organizations they can find in the Internet. Let's just pray that they can bounce back again as fast as the winds devasted them.This Christmas let's think of the poor even those near you or whom you see with worn clothings or scavenging for food near restaurants. A Merry Christmas to All of the WA people.
