Use Your Style to Succeed!

Hey we're not all born with a ton of style. Especially style in fashion. I know I don't have much fashion sense...just ask my wife.

Seriously, that type of style doesn't matter. The difference maker in your online success is your writing style.

When I launch a new website...writing new quality content (consistently) is my top priority. Sure SEO keyword optimization and rankings are important. I believe the top benefit to writing daily (maybe not posting daily...) is that you're allowing the unique perspective of your site to grow....and this is what creates your brand!

People don't remember websites...they remember brands!

For example, when folks go out to eat and they want a carbonated beverage...they don't ask for a "soda"...they ask for a Coke....or a Pepsi.

We're in the brand business...not the website business.

Recently I've gone back to some of my earlier posts to "tune-up" the articles and add new links to newer posts.

I found myself re-writing more than I expected.... because I now see how my style has developed over the course of building my site....and the early entries were just kind of....meh!

So...grab that niche for which you have passion....know your audience...and super-serve them with content they can use...all while creating your brand.

It's a process and it's fluid...so just recognize it, nurture it, and go along for the ride.
