Top 50!
Lol, I thought to myself, let me write this post quick while I am still top 50, coz not sure how long this is going to last lol :)
I am delighted to have made it to the top 50 of course and I want to thank everyone for your support and encouragement throughout this year. It is truly great to be part of such an awesome community.
But how is your online business doing?
A WA ambassador just the other day wrote a post saying that after watching a training video of Jay on prioritising when it comes to driving your online business forward, communicating here on WA was not really a top priority listed. He mentioned that for this reason he will be stepping down as ambassador as he is now moving into a new season where he feels the need to be super focused on building his online business and as a result he will be spending a bit less time in the community here.
It is certainly not because he does not love this community or want to support the community here, coz of course it is super important to build relationship, but there is a season for everything.
Further in his post it became clear that not everyone in the top 100 here are running successful or very profitable online businesses, and many here not in the top 100 are running super successful online businesses. So this brings up the question again? How is your online business doing? Are your priorities in order? Should you aspire for top 100 here before running a very successful online business first? I will allow you to answer this question for yourself as what is important to one person may not necessarily be to another.
This was my response to the WA ambassador:
I totally agree. When I made top 100 the other day my post was a bit different to what many expected and not sure if everyone understood the message. My message was "How is your online business doing?"
Although certainly we should help out as much as we can in the community, if you are in the top 100 here and your business is not doing well, then you have to start questioning your priorities.
My online business is far from what it should be and I know there are a lot of people here that are not in the top 100 here that generates a huge income online. So I am starting to question my priorities also, because once I am running a super successful business, I will have so much more to contribute to this community in terms of sharing success and advice that brought about being super successful.
My message to others in my top 100 post was to strive first to be successful in your online business before striving to be in the top positions here at WA.
Your post pointed it out so well that just because some are in the top 100 here does not mean that they are running super successful businesses.
Yes, some people just love to help as it is in their nature and learn so much in this community and that is probs me as well and the reason why I reached top 100 and that is fair enough if you really enjoy helping and interacting here that much.
But then you need to get to that point, where you did now, when you think about how your online business will transform if you put the same effort into your business than you are putting in here.
So I would say you are certainly making the right decision to prioritise now to go and build that super successful business of yours first before returning as ambassador here.

So What Is Your Opinion?
Do you think you should strive for top 100 or top 50 etc. here in WA before you have built a successful online business first? Or do you think you should rather put most of the effort you put in here on WA into your online business first? Do you think you can do both at the same time while having a full time job as well? Would you rather have a much lower rank in WA but a very successful online business or would you like to have a top position here in WA and be content that your online business is not doing as well as it could, should you have spent less time in this community.
I think it will be interesting to hear the different opinions here, as people's priorities and what is important to them are often different.
Regardless, I will conclude that I am of course delighted to be in the top 50 and I have huge appreciation for your support and encouragement! Wishing you all the very best of success in 2020!

Congratulations Schalk, well done to you. I firstly was focussed on the rank a lot. Now not as much anymore. I concentrate on following training and writing content and help out to others where I can.
Also social engament with the community is essential I reckon. The community at WA is a very powerful resource that contribute to our success as well. I love the pay it forward culture and try to pay forward where I can but I definitely focus on the grow and progress of my business. Like everything in life, I feel like it is is all about balance. Your circumstances change all the time, and so does the balance😃. Sorry for the novel, I hope that nm make sense. Jude

Ranking in WA and the equivalent income from an online business? Sure. The more we do stuff in terms of training and learning from WA and everyone, the more we become knowledgeable and productive.
Apply what we learn here at WA consistently and sooner or later we will hit the level where income start to come or increase.
'Find a need and fill it'.
