1 tip for you: Always make notes as you get along, particularly when working on your website. As starter you will often forget how did something when you have to do it again. So, your notes will come handy in this instance. Also keep records of the details of your affiliate accounts.
Make sure that you do Wealthy Affiliate Bootcamp, it will give you all the answers you need.

I know taking notes makes good sense. Is it best to write them long hand, type them into the computer or dictate them into a recorder and transcribe them later?
I like writing them down on a pad or paper.
This way you see them also.
A recorder is nifty if you should get a divine sent idea from above. Just say that title,or idea and you have it later on for use also. I'd go the step extra and write that recorded idea or note when you have time.
Written notes,goals,are tangible.
You can cross them off your list or move them around :)
Just saying :)
Great advice, Sylvia. I especially like your recommendation to take good notes. It sure makes life easier when you do. I keep a notebook of all my notes, so easy to reference as it is all in one place.
Those are the steps for sure. It is always #4 Getting Traffic that can take the most time. Having excellent keywords including long-tail keywords in your niche and keeping your content original and "relative" to your niche will provide a high degree of potential to rank higher with Google. Time and relativity are so important... almost sounds like physics :)... maybe it is the physics of Traffic? :)
Thanks...great post. As someone just starting out the amount of info is just overwhelming. This has helped to simplify.
