How can I change a theme without having to start all over again?
Go to your dashboard > Appearance > widget . All themes should have widgets. I have never seen any that doesn't have it.
The theme I chose does not sup[port widgets as per your training video on menus and widgets?

How can I change a theme without having to start all over again?
I quote "...not as per the training video". The widgets can not be set-up by following the video. No side bar. Limited widgets only in Blog bar. But dont worry, I changed to another theme. Thank you.
