Tags are for sissies!
So I wrote a blog recently, and when I came back to review the comments, there was already a dozen! One comment included a reference to someone else's blog, and it got me to thinking. Is there a way that I can tag a member in my comment, sort of like I do in Facebook? So I can notify the person that I am talking about them.
Let me know what you guys think, and if there is enough interest, maybe we can get the founders to make a change.

yes tagging people or mentioning them lets them see what you have written, same with twitter it will come up with the message say someone has mentioned you
When I try to comment on someone's blog I always type in their name, so they know I am talking to them specifically

Great idea Lynn, I have had situations where that would of come in handy! Spread the word!
I think that would be helpful, especially if someone in particular has an answer to a question. You can just tag them to make sure they see it.
